Are you feeling overwhelmed and struggling to balance your life? My 6-week coaching program is designed to help you achieve vitality, purpose, and balance. We will explore topics related to self-care such as nutrition, stress reduction, and sleep wellness. Each week will cover a new topic in a group setting where you be given the tools to evaluate and develop your personal self-care plan. You will receive tools, templates and accountability at each session to guide you through our 6 weeks together. Let me guide you towards a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

Optimal Nutrition
The modern diet, with its processed foods and added sugars, is linked to chronic diseases. To prevent and reverse these conditions, choose whole, nutrient-dense foods. We will work together to make quality food choices to nourish your body and promote optimal functioning.

Stress Reduction
Prolonged stress can lead to a weakened immune system, increased inflammation, and a higher risk of developing chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and depression. We will identify stress triggers and responses, practices to reduce stress and implement strategies to improve your overall well-being.

Sleep Wellness
Sleep deprivation can have a significant impact on both physical and mental health. Additionally, there is a strong connection between diet and sleep, with certain foods and nutrients promoting better sleep quality. We will explore ways to improve sleep habits and quality of sleep.
