I received my health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, where I studied functional medicine principles, over 100 nutritional theories, and a variety of coaching techniques with leading experts in the fields of nutrition, wellness, and research.
This education, combined with real-life experience, allows me to help clients create sustainable lifestyle changes that truly support their health. My coaching blends evidence-based nutrition with simple, practical steps that fit real life.
